T/T, Paypal, Western Union. Generally, 30% deposit, and then 70% balance is paid before shipment. Of course, the specific details can be determined through negotiation between the two parties.

Quality is everything for us. We have a very strict quality control management system.
First of all, all our workers will do on-the-job training, and the work has a set of standard operating procedures(SOP) to reduce the error rate. We have an experienced QC team and a set of quality inspection procedures, such IQC(Incoming quality control),IPQC(In-process quality control),FQC(Final quality control),OQC(Out-going quality control), then, before shipment, we will use equipment to test the products and do 100% inspection. Finally, the quality department issues the quality inspection report. Ensure the product is qualified before shipping.

If there is any problem with the products after receiving the goods, please feedback the details of the problem and the quantity of the problem to us. We will immediately find out the cause of the problem internally and arrange the replenishment to you, and the cost will be borne by us.

Do I need a complete tech pack to start a custom pet product project?

Not necessarily. Whether you have a detailed tech pack, a 2D sketch, or just reference photos, our engineering team can work with you. We will help analyze the structure, suggest pet-safe materials, and turn your idea into a physical prototype.

Absolutely. Safety is our bottom line. We strictly use 100% pet-safe, non-toxic dyes and bite-resistant fabrics. All bulk orders undergo mandatory needle detection and comply with global safety standards like ASTM and EN71.

For heavy chewers, we highly recommend our reinforced bite-resistant canvas and heavy-duty corduroy. For standard play, ultra-soft minky fleece is excellent. We reinforce all seams to ensure maximum durability.
